06/19/2006: "World Cup Fantasy Football Update + a lil poker"

I've been real busy just with stuff in general hence the lack of updates so here goes.

Its all squiggly anyway as I said the winner will get some sort of stake in me.

On to the poker which has been up and down really.. Last night I tried to defend my crown in the WCBOOP or something on stars (the blogger freeroll) where I lasted 1 orbit before losing AA to K8 :/ onto the million and things were a bit better with blinds of 400/800 I was crippled with 876 chips.. I got a walk in the big blind and double double double and i hit a high of 40k chips and coasted with ease through the bubble. Unfortunately I went completely card dead at an aggresive table.. I was stealing when I got the chance and with my last 22k i shoved A8 from the SB into 55 of the BB and that was that 195th for $1k. A new personal best in the Sunday tournie smile

Ive had 3 hrs sleep as I had to get up at 6am so im a bit narky, If i can stay awake I plan on playing the £20 rebuy sat to the £1000 main event tonight at the Maybury.
